Homily by Fr. John P. Schlegel, SJ, pastor of the Church of the Gesu (March 22, 2015)

 

John 12:20-33    “Some Greeks who had come to worship at the Passover Feast came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and asked him, ‘Sir, we would like to see Jesus.’”

    Man, this is good stuff. Nicely tying in the readings’ progressions through the season, while anchoring the reality of realizing what it means to “see Jesus” as these Greeks said they wanted to do. Meaningful,..and helpful.
